The service
JipJip is a VPN operated by JIPJIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we”, “us”) — the legal entity you are entering these Terms with. Access is controlled by your account. JipJip is reliability-first: we aim to stay connected and recover quickly, but we do not guarantee any specific speed.
Accounts
- You sign in with an email and password. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account is for one person on one device. Do not share, resell, or transfer it.
- We may disable an account for abuse, sharing, or a leaked credential.
Acceptable use
Use JipJip lawfully. Do not use it to break the law, attack or abuse others, send spam, or overload the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Availability
JipJip is provided on a best-effort basis. During early / soft-launch stages there is no uptime guarantee. Some mobile networks may block secure connections at times — that is outside our control, and the app shows an honest status and suggests alternatives (Wi-Fi or another SIM). Servers, regions, and features may change.
Access & payment
The app is a free download and sells nothing inside it. A free account includes a monthly data allowance on one device — a real limit, not a trial. Your account’s access level is read by the app from our backend; the app never decides it and never changes it.
Where an account has more than the free level, that was arranged separately and outside the app. It reaches the app only as an entitlement on your account: you sign in, and what your account already has appears. Paid access is for a period; when the period ends, access returns to the free level. For any question about access, contact [email protected].
Refunds
There is nothing to refund through the app, because the app sells nothing. Where paid access was arranged separately, any refund is handled wherever it was arranged. Your statutory rights under the law that applies to you are unaffected by anything on this page. If a refund is granted, the store tells us and your access returns to the free level.
Termination
You may stop using JipJip at any time and request account deletion via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms or to protect the service.
Disclaimers & changes
JipJip is provided “as is” without warranties of uptime, speed, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms and will change the effective date; the governing law is finalized at publication.
